SI EPZ is offering the resources, cheap skilled labor, Logistics advantages to the investor. Our EPZ (SEZ) offering expedited licensing or building permits, minimal customs regulations, duty-free tax incentives,  tax holiday, and developing infrastructure to investor's requirements.

The EPZ has been used by developing nations to encourage foreign investment. The mechanism is called EPZ , while it can also be called Free Trade Zone (FTZ), Special Economic Zone (SEZ).  SI EPZ has seen EPZ's as a way of stimulating Cambodia economies by encouraging investment .We are creating the infrastructure for the EPZ, the investor will enjoy tax incentives offered to foreign investment at our zone.
